How much does it cost to quote for mesh cable trays in Nepal

Wire mesh cable trays in Nepal typically cost between $2 to $25 per meter, depending on material, finish, and order size.

Price Range and Factors

The cost of wire mesh cable trays varies widely based on material type, coating, size, and supplier. Common materials include galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with stainless steel being the most expensive due to its corrosion resistance and durability, while pre-galvanized steel is more affordable for dry indoor environments. Wire mesh trays are generally cheaper than ladder or perforated trays and are ideal for lightweight cabling in offices, data centers, and commercial buildings.

Typical price estimates per meter in Nepal are: Pre-Galvanized Steel: Low-cost option, suitable for indoor use, around $2–$5 per meter.

Hot-

Dip Galvanized Steel: More durable for outdoor or industrial environments, approximately $5–$15 per meter. Stainless Steel: High-end, corrosion-resistant, used in hygienic or coastal areas, $15–$25 per meter.

Additional Cost Considerations

Bulk Orders: Large quantities can reduce the per-meter cost due to economies of scale. Shipping and Import: Many suppliers are based outside Nepal (e.g., India), so shipping costs may add to the total. Installation: Labor costs vary depending on complexity, ceiling height, and mounting requirements.

Accessories: Support brackets, junction boxes, and cable ties may be additional expenses.
