Considerations for Nepal Deployments

Power & Environment: Routers like RB4011iGS+RM include voltage and temperature monitoring, suitable for Nepal's variable power conditions. Local Support: Suppliers such as Insight Infosys, MikroTik Nepal, and Navion provide warranty support and technical assistance. Network Scale: For small to medium enterprises, RB4011iGS+RM is sufficient; for ISP backbones or data centers, CCR1036-8G-2S+EM or Cloud Core Routers are recommended.

Connectivity: SFP+ 10G ports are essential for optical uplinks, while multiple Gigabit ports support LAN aggregation and PoE devices. These routers provide enterprise-grade performance with 10G optical support, making them suitable for high-speed backbone connections, multi-site VPNs, and demanding network environments in Nepal.
